Q) How much is an annual membership?
A) - For just £29.15 you can enjoy a year’s membership. Yes just a one off online payment of £29.15 will grant you a years access. Poole Council BCP organise and run the membership system, to apply, go to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/PooleTennisScheme

Q) Can non-members play tennis?
A) Yes of course, non-members can HIRE a court. Again you can do this through the council website at https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/PooleTennisScheme

Q) How do I book a tennis court as a member?
A) Once you have become a member you’ll have access to the court booking system found upon the same website + the booking app which can be downloaded onto your phone. Here you can easily view available courts and book your slots.

Q) How do I gain access to the courts once a member?
A) We currently use a Key Pad Code system. The gate has a combination key pad you will need to enter the 4 digit code to gain access. The code is upon the booking site when you go to book your court, it will also send you an email with the code on your confirmation email once you have booked a court.

Q) How do I cancel a tennis court I have booked?
A) Again within the court booking section where you booked your court there will be an option to select and cancel any courts you no longer require.

Q) My membership is soon to expire, how do I renew?
A) Upon the application website you used the first time, it will have the option to renew your membership, once the online payment has been taken your membership will automatically renew for a further year.

Q) Do the courts have Floodlights I can use?
A) Yes we have x2 new LED floodlit courts available for players. These operate automatically once you have booked your court time and entered the gate. Only court 1 + 2 are available for floodlit play during the winter months. Floodlights can be used only in the winter months from 1st October to 31st April only. Floodlights cost £3.65 per court which is paid online when you book your court.

Q) My son/daughter is keen to get involved in tennis, are there any sessions for them?
A) Yes, we have here a full coaching programme for children aged 4yrs - 16yrs. Visit the timetable and pricing section of this website for further details under the coaching tab. Sessions are pay as you go and must be booked on via our website to secure your child’s spot. You then simply pay on the day when you arrive at the club.

Q) I’m new to tennis, are there adult sessions for me?
A) Yes, we have a full adult coaching programme for every standard of play. We have beginner classes (Tennis Xpress), Social Classes (Coffee Morning Socials), Intermediate Coaching (Rusty Rackets, Evening Improvers), as well as Advanced Coaching (Advanced Training). Q) I really want to meet some new players but I’m not sure how?
A) we find there are two effective ways to meet new people and exchange numbers and details. First is through one of our coaching classes, you’ll meet new players each week and a have a chance to make some new tennis friends. Secondly you could enter our Adult Box Leagues, these are ideal for meeting new players that are of a similar standard to yourself.

Q) When is the Café open from at the club?
A) Usual opening hours are 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday-Saturday (times may vary especially currently whilst we search for more Barista staff to join our team). We are open to all members of the public, offering variety of refreshments and food. We are also dog friendly at the café.

Q) I’m keen to compete and play matches, how can I get involved?
A) We run internal adult box leagues at the club, you can sign up either through a tennis coach or the sign up sheets inside the Cafe. You then get placed into a box of similar standard players and play matches either singles or doubles. Leagues are a great opportunity to meet and play new people.
